Complete the items below to be approved for work and payment.
The business we contract with (your ABN entity).
Your company name (e.g. "Smith Logistics Pty Ltd"), or your full name if you are a sole trader. This is the name that appears on your RCTIs / invoices.
We prefer to engage subcontractors that operate through a company or partnership (clause 8.4 of the agreement). A sole trader is accepted and nothing here depends on it.
The account your delivery fees are paid into. Stored securely.
Shown on your registration papers as carrying capacity or payload. This sets the minimum hourly rate that applies to your work under the General Carriers Contract Determination, so it is required.
A vehicle kept in NSW must be registered in NSW. Registration and CTP (green slip) follow where the vehicle is garaged, not where they were issued. An interstate-registered vehicle working in Sydney full time may be penalised as unregistered, and its registration and CTP may be cancelled.
CTP and comprehensive motor insurance, with certificates, are required before your first run (clause 7.1). Goods-in-transit cover is recommended but not required (clause 7.2). You will be notified before a policy expires.
Covers the parcels you carry. Recommended.
Photographs or PDFs of your licence, certificates and right-to-work evidence. Visible only to you and the manager.
For any document without a slot above — a PR grant notice, ImmiCard, citizenship certificate, VEVO result or police check. Upload the file and give it a name.
Anyone other than you who may drive your runs: someone you employ, another contractor, or a partner in your own business. Engaging a substitute is your right under clause 3.4 of your agreement. Their details are required and must be approved before they first drive.
Clause 5.7 of your agreement: because you are paid per parcel, we check at least every 60 days that your pay was not less than the minimum hourly rate for your vehicle under the General Carriers Contract Determination. Any shortfall is paid to you as a top-up in the next pay cycle, and nothing is ever taken back if the check comes out in your favour. If you believe the hours are wrong, tell us within 14 days and we will work it out with you.
Clause 8.3 of your agreement requires a written statement at least quarterly, in the form required by section 175B of the Workers Compensation Act 1987 (NSW), covering workers compensation, wages and payroll tax. Statements are retained for seven years. If you engage no workers, select the first option, enter your name and submit.
Your details are saved securely and only visible to you and the manager.
